Specialized Guidance
When a situation falls outside a simple return, the pieces still have to fit together. That is where TaxFM works.
Business Advisory
For select business clients, TaxFM goes beyond compliance with accounting oversight, payroll coordination, and fractional CFO advisory.
Clean, decision-ready financials with ongoing review, reconciliation, and reporting support.
Payroll setup and ongoing support through an outside payroll provider, with review of the quarterly and annual filings.
Financial guidance for business owners who need insight, planning, and leadership without a full-time CFO.
Why TaxFM
As an Enrolled Agent, Kateryna can represent taxpayers before the IRS for audits, notices, collections, and appeals.
A secure digital process serves clients nationwide, without giving up precision or responsiveness.
Moves between states during the year, IRS liens and levies, companies with foreign owners and related-party structures.
Tax questions do not stop in April. Planning, notices, and follow-up continue all year as separate engagements, not as part of return preparation.
What is happening with your return, what we are doing, and why — said in ordinary words, without jargon and without making you ask twice.
Every return is reviewed and signed by Kateryna Maslakova, Enrolled Agent — the same person who represents you before the IRS if it comes to that.
Founder • IRS Enrolled Agent
Kateryna Maslakova is an IRS Enrolled Agent, Certifying Acceptance Agent, and MBA with a professional background in accounting, audit, financial management, and U.S. taxation.
For many years before entering U.S. tax practice, Kateryna served as CFO of international companies — budgets, management and financial reporting, work with banks and auditors. A tax question is therefore examined in the context of the company's finances rather than on its own.
Today, Kateryna works with individuals, business owners, and international clients nationwide through a secure remote practice.

Client PortalRepresentative Matters
These are representative examples, not client testimonials. Every engagement depends on its own facts, records, and filing history.
Review residency, work location, and income sourcing across filing years, then identify which original or amended state returns may be needed.
Coordinate the business return with ownership disclosures, international information reporting, books, and entity compliance.
Compare the filed return with source documents and filing history, identify material errors, and map the corrections worth making.
